Fryton Catering use only finest ingredients to create delicious menus that use the best seasonal produce, mostly sourced and reared locally – helping you to reduce the carbon footprint of your wedding. From canapés to hot or cold buffets to five-course banquets they cater for informal celebrations and the grandest of occasions. All food is cooked and presented exquisitely then served efficiently, however many guests are seated for your reception meal. Their complete service includes planning, setting up, serving your food and clearing up or you may ask her simply to deliver yur food for you to enjoy in privacy with your guests. Linda has been asked to prepare and deliver meals for your worn-out family to enjoy the day after your wedding whilst you are on your way on honeymoon!
You may choose a hog-roast, one of their specially-reared rare breed pigs is roasted for hours then served with their fabulous Yorkshire apple sauce and stuffing.
You are invited to meet with Linda to select your special menu, then simply relax and leave them to do the shopping, preparing and clearing up whilst you concentrate on entertaining your guests and enjoying yourself! Your booking includes crockery, cutlery, linen and glassware.
